Health Food Smoothie
- One Banana
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 Tb chia seeds
- 2 Tb frozen orange juice
- 2-3 Tb honey
- 2-3 Tb protein powder
- One packet of frozen wheat grass
- 1 pint crushed ice filled with cold water
In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth
